Zucchini pancakes

Hello! We were looking for a tasty meal to prepare, and we found these delicious zucchini pancakes! Here's what you're going to need:

-a zucchini (we used two though)
-some cheese
-onion
-eggs (what we used was the free-range ones)
-flour
-salt
-cream

First, find a grater. You're going to need it to grate the zucchini into pieces. When you're done with that, to the grated zucchini you add some salt.

Leave it for a while and then you need to drain off the water of it.

Okay, after that you add some flour to make it all thicken. You mix it so it looks like this.

And then you need to grate cheese as well. Next, you break the egss and add them to the whole mixture. You mix it all very solid. Another step is to set your frying pan. Then you just form beautiful pancakes on it and fry until they get brown gold/brown color.

Then you place them on the plate and to make them taste even better you add cream and EAT! That's all, enjoy your meal!

Vege casserole

Hello again. When I was younger I liked to observe how my grandma made some meals. I remember many meals but I don't know recipes and they were mostly with meat. I was wondering today what I should eat in such a lovely day (because a little amount of snow appeared in the morning) and I came out with the idea of Vege casserole.

What I needed was:

- some potatoes
- red pepper
- garlic
- onion
- some mushrooms
- whole tomatoes in a can
- olive oil
- spices (marjoram, herbal pepper, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper)
- cheese

First, peel the potatoes and boil them (they have to be a bit soft). Next step: cut red pepper, garlic, onion and mushrooms into small pieces. Heat the olive oil on a frying pan and fry vegetables so that they can have a little brown colour. Add tomatoes from a can. Also, add some spices (depending on your taste).
When potatoes are a little soft cut them into slices (like crisps) and place them on the bottom of your dish (don't forget to oil the dish, otherwise food will cling). On potatoes put red sauce from the frying pan. On the vegetables put some cheese. Now you have to repeat the action, put potatoes on cheese and vegetables from pan on potatoes and finally put cheese on it. Put the dish into the oven. I kept this in the oven less than 20 minutes. It was very delicious. Bon appetit! :)

Green soup

Hello. I've decided to post here my idea about the cream soup, although without a sour cream or any other creams. I want to share with pics and general idea how I made it (I'm not a masterchef). What I needed was:
- broccoli
- cauliflower (or brussels sprouts) -> with cauliflower the soup is smooth and more dense
- garlic
- spinach
- spices: pepper, salt, marjoram, ginger, cayenne pepper
- water

First, cut broccoli and cauliflower into cubes, add spinach (I had minced spinach). Find some pot and put vegetables with water into it.

Boil till the veegtables are soft. Add some spices and don't forget to taste it (maybe something is missing or is too spicy?). Everyone should give idividual amount of spices, we have different tastes, right?

When vegetables are enough soft mix them by hand blender or use stand blender. Now mix this green cream with the water in which vegetables were boiling. Yeah, we have a soup! :)

You can eat it with garlic roll or with small toasts ... or as you like and with what you want. Enjoy your meal.

Veggie burgers

So let's get started! We decided to make veggie burgers one day and they came out extremely tasty. Here's basically what we used to make them:

-rolls
-soya chops
-porridge oats
-some cheese
-cabbage
-cucumber
-tomato
-garlic sauce
-eggs

First, find a bowl, break the eggs and pour porridge oats in the container and mix them - you're going to need that as a coating for soya chops. You can add some spices as well (but we didn't).

Preparing soya chops:

You're going to need vegatable broth (or boiled water alone) to sink chops in. Then you wait til they become soft. When they are that way, drain them off and start coating them in the egg and oat mixture. When you're done with every chop, just leave them for a moment.

Now you need a frying pan. Pour some oil in it, and place it on the cooker. Turn the heat. When you 'feel' a moment, drop coated soya chops in the frying pan. Fry them til they're golden. When they are, place them in the kitchen towel (to let the oil dribble). Chops are ready!

Now the rolls. Cut them in halves. Next, you put things on the lower half: leaf (or two) of a cabbage, slice of cheese, two soya chops, slices of tomato & cucumber. Pour the garlic sauce all over it and cover the other half of the roll. It's pretty much done! Enjoy your meal.
